Zadie Workwear Returns Policy
At Zadie Workwear, we want you to 100% LOVE your new gear. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your items to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All original tags and packaging should be intact.
- You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

(We’d love to help you find your perfect fit! Our styles are all designed differently to suit different bodies, so if one doesn’t feel quite right, another style may fit you so much better. If you feel the style “just isn’t right,” we highly recommend trying another style before choosing a refund. Our team can help you pick the style and size that will best suit your body shape, your trade, and how you like to wear your gear.) -
Gift Card
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Within Australia: We offer free returns for eligible items.
- International Orders: While we currently do not offer international shipping, should this change in the future, please note that return shipping costs for international orders would be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Get in touch with us at sales@zadieworkwear.com.au as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that the refund processing time can vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Faulty Items
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you find a fault with an item, please contact us at sales@zadieworkwear.com.au. If your order was placed more than 30 days ago, our customer service team will guide you through the returns process. To help us assess the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the fault in your email.
